How Does Customization Work?

Cloud Deployment

Use WePatrolNext with JWM Cloud for faster setup and easier daily access. JWM Cloud is suitable for teams that want a simple deployment process without maintaining local servers. Supervisors can access the platform through a secure web link from PCs, tablets, and mobile phones.

On-Premise Deployment

Deploy the patrol management system on your own server or internal network. For organizations with stricter data control, internal IT policies, or confidentiality requirements, JWM can discuss an on-premise deployment based on the project needs. The management system can be deployed in the customer’s own server environment.

Types of Customization

Offer WePatrolNext under your own brand.
For security service companies, facility management providers, system integrators, and local distributors, JWM can discuss white label or brand adaptation options based on the project scope.
This may include brand display, logo adaptation, report naming, interface wording, APP/web branding discussion, and other OEM cooperation needs. It helps partners provide a professional patrol management solution to their own customers while using JWM’s guard tour technology as the foundation.

White Label

Make the system feel closer to your organization.
For security service providers, facility management companies, and enterprise groups, branding and interface adaptation can improve user acceptance. Logo display, report naming, module wording, user structure, and workflow labels can be discussed based on your project needs.

Workflow Configuration

Connect WePatrolNext with your existing management workflow.
For enterprise patrol management, patrol data should not stay isolated in one system. WePatrolNext can be discussed for integration with your existing business workflow.
Based on your project requirements, JWM can help evaluate data export, report structure, user permission logic, and possible system connection methods, so patrol records can support your wider management process.

Customization Case Study

How a Cold-Chain Warehouse Unified Inspections and Employee Attendance

A pharmaceutical cold-chain warehouse needed a patrol management system that could apply its own inspection standards while connecting employee attendance with daily patrol tasks.

Industry: Pharmaceutical Cold Chain Employees: 28 Inspection Points: 16 Pilot Period: 8 Weeks

The Challenge

The warehouse operated three cold-storage areas and managed 28 employees across morning, afternoon, and night shifts. Employees used paper forms to record temperatures, equipment conditions, and site exceptions, while attendance was managed through a separate system.

Managers found it difficult to verify whether inspection forms were completed correctly and whether employees who had arrived for work had completed their assigned patrol tasks.

Customized Inspection Standards

JWM configured the WePatrol Next inspection forms according to the warehouse's operating requirements. Instead of relying on general text descriptions, employees were required to enter measurable inspection results.

  • Cold-storage temperature checks required an exact numeric value.
  • The acceptable temperature range was set between 2°C and 8°C.
  • Values outside the defined range were automatically marked as exceptions.
  • Employees had to upload a photo and handling note for abnormal results.
  • Cold-room doors, backup power systems, and alarms used normal or abnormal options.
  • Mandatory fields had to be completed before the inspection task could be submitted.

These settings changed the process from a simple checkpoint scan into a structured inspection workflow with clear standards and traceable evidence.

Attendance and Patrol Management in One System

The system was also customized with an employee attendance function. The 28 employees were assigned to three shifts and used the same application to record attendance and complete scheduled inspection tasks.

Supervisors could compare arrival times, assigned patrols, completed tasks, missed checkpoints, and abnormal inspection results without switching between separate systems or manually reviewing paper records.

Results After the Pilot

14% to Below 2% Incomplete inspection record rate
35 to 12 Minutes Average exception reporting time
6 to 2 Hours Monthly data consolidation time

The Outcome

The customized solution gave managers a clearer view of both personnel and inspection performance. They could confirm who was on duty, which tasks had been completed, whether measured values met the required standards, and how each exception was handled.

By combining customized inspection standards with employee attendance, the warehouse connected staff management, task execution, exception reporting, and inspection records within one workflow.
